Carried out in partnership with Bristol City Council, Legal and General Modular Homes site Bonnington in Locklease is part of ongoing long-term investment plans for the area. It features a mix of 2/3-bedroom houses and 1/2-bedroom apartments, with a focus on bolstering the provision of affordable housing stock for the city.

IMAGESIGN skillfully branded the marketing suite and sales arena with diverse signage elements, ensuring a cohesive visual appeal that complements the project's architectural style.

Our standout external signage feature is the 35m printed and matt laminated hoarding, installed on timber site perimeter hoarding, which effectively separates the sales area from the construction site.

These robust panels are secured to the timber structure using colour-coded pins, accompanied by aluminium composite pelmet and skirting.

To maximize visibility, the sales entrance is adorned with large static banner flagpoles on either side of the road, specifically designed for house builder marketing.

These premium flagpoles utilize tensioned 600gsm double-sided banners with an internal light block layer.

Completing the external signage, we installed various leader boards to guide buyers to the visitor car park and marketing suite, accentuated with striking acrylic lettering.

Inside, we applied vivid printed wall wraps and high-depth colour frosted window vinyl, showcasing Bonnington's branding with the help of natural light.

Informative printed foamex panels display build specifications, making it easy for buyers to explore available options.
